With over 30 years experience in estate agency, Steve knows how to get your property sold. He has worked through all types economic challenges which has given him a unique ability to adapt to market conditions. Steve also believes it is not only important to achieve the best possible price for our clients but to provide a stress free move at the same time.
Upon entering estate agency at aged 16 it was clear immediately James had a keen interest in property, plus an overwhelming desire to provide excellent customer service. Fast forward 15 years and James still aims to exceed expectations whilst believing attention to detail is key when it comes to presenting each property for sale. He will ensure your home is showcased professionally and effectively.
Our lettings Guru Matthew thrives off of building strong and trustworthy relationships with landlords. He ensures our managed properties run smoothly each month and efficiently finds suitable tenants for vacant properties, whilst taking care of all the finer details in between. Matthew is knowledgeable and keen to help along every step of the way when it comes to managing your investment.
Upon agreeing a sale through Stoneridge you will be thoroughly looked after by Sally who is responsible for our sales progression. Only once you have either sold or agreed to purchase a property does the fun really begin. We feel it is imperative that as your estate agent we guide and assist you through this all important part of your move. With 30 years’ experience in the local property market there is isn’t much Sally hasn’t experienced in the world of selling houses.
Having worked in the Clacton branch for almost two decades, Clare takes immense pride in producing your property details. She takes great pride in her work and more often than not, once she has produced those dazzling details of your property many people say they would like to buy their own house! Clare has a real passion for her work and it emanates around the office and to all of our customers. She is very proud of the marketing we offer here at Stoneridge and continues to ensure our property details show your property in its best light.
Every office needs a younger, energetic and creative team member to ensure the more experienced team members are kept updated with the latest techniques and technology. Having joined Stoneridge in 2019 she has progressed from an eager to learn trainee negotiator to a trustworthy and key member of the team.
